Vision

The vision is “to develop the socio-economic condition of the poor, unorganized sector of women workers and include them with the economic mainstream of the country”. It aims to provide full employment to the informal sector women workers and make them self dependent. It takes care to include them with the mainstream of the country’s economy, by highlighting their labour in front of the society and government.  It tries to bring the labour of the self employed women so that they can contribute in the socio-economic development of the nation and that the society can identify them.

Mission

The mission is to organize and mobilize the women workers in the informal sector for their rights as workers and highlight their identity as a worker in front of the government and the society. Further, to build the leadership capacity of the women workers, proper implementation of the existing laws and schemes and formulation of the new laws and policies in favour of the informal sector women workers. Thereby, also provided the basic needs and infrastructure facilities in their areas.
